Meal Tuesday!

I've been gone for a little bit because I was in the process of moving! Sorry! But I'll post pictures as soon as I finish decorating!

Anyways I know I usually have Meal Mondays but I couldn't find my USB cord for my camera. Now I have and I'm going to give you a recipe today.

Today I'm showing you how to make VEGETARIAN MEATLOAF. I got the basis for this recipe from Morningstar, but changed some things. This is a fun meal to make and you get to get your hands dirty!

What you need:
-1 Package of Morningstar Grillers Original
-Cooking Spray
-1 Egg
-Handful of Chopped Yellow Onion
-1 Teaspoon of Paprika
-2 Tablespoons of Milk
-3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
-3/4 Cup of Dried Bread Crumbs
-Handful of Cheddar Cheese
-Ketchup

Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees and spray the pan with cooking spray.
2. Heat up the Morningstar Grillers for 30 seconds (or however long it takes to get soft) in the microwave. Then use your hands to mush it together in a bowl.

(looks gross but tasted great!)

3. Add all the ingredients in the bowl except for the ketchup.

4. Mash all of it together with your hands.
5. Make it into an oval and put into the pan.

6. Top with ketchup.

7. Bake for 40-50 Minutes.

SO DELICIOUS!

Meal Mondays

For the Fourth of July I decided to make red, white and blue cupcakes! This is a pretty simple recipe to try and do.

Ingredients:
-White Cake Mix
-Frosting
-Food Coloring

Directions:
1. Mix the white cake mix the way the box says.

My sister helped me with this part!

2. Split the batter in half and put red food coloring in one of the bowls. (You may need to put a lot of drops just to make it red instead of pink!)

3. spray pam and then place the red batter in the cupcake pan.

4. Put the white mix on top, spreading it with a spoon.

5. Put in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

It should look somewhat like this!

6. Take blue food coloring, put in the frosting, and place on the cupcake.

& Voila! Ready to eat Fourth of July cupcakes!

Film

This is my beautiful Vivitar and it's a film camera. I only have 100 B&W Film right now, so I have to shoot in a lot of light. It's still a lot of fun!
